Top Five Retail Convenience Store sector: nationwide store improvement initiative, rollout of new equipment, products with a guest centric focus. Taught safe operation, maintenance and cleaning of newly installed equipment to Franchisees/Store Managers/ Store Operators. Food safety from storage, heating and serving to customers. Hands on stand up training in store, Trained 78 stores in two month period. In addition taught front line supervisors and team leads basics of adult learning for use in training their employees on all shifts. Resulting in 8% increase in store sales and 4% gross profit increase for franchisees.

National fire and Security Company: Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Chicago, and Las Vegas regions. Mobile Work Order Management iPhone app implementation trainer. Training existing experienced technical workforce many who had limited exposure to I Phones and some had significant resistance, which I was able to overcome in a six hour, one day class. The Work Order Management application makes the break fix easier with real-time connectivity to receive work orders, touchscreen technology to help manage jobs more effectively and efficiently, often eliminating the need for paper copies and allows work orders to be sent directly to customers.

Mine Safety project: — Pre Job Risk Assessment—delivered to multiple sites throughout Florida, this workshop was designed to teach all employees who work in a phosphate site how to correctly follow the Pre-Job Risk Assessment (PJRA) process and correctly fill out a new Job Task Safety Planning Worksheet. This four hour workshop was delivered in a classroom setting. The number of participants ranged from 10-21. Participants worked through various small group activities during the workshop, as facilitator I encouraged discussion between participants allowing them to come to the conclusions appropriate to each safety scenario.

Top Five Global wealth management firm: trained highest producing advisors and assistants in conversion between two of the largest U.S. financial institutions. Trained wealth advisors, sales assistants, operations personnel and managers on new proprietary financial software focusing on managed money platforms, business processes and tools utilizing classroom presentations and one-on-one coaching.

Top 25 Regional Mortgage Banker: trained underwriters, processors, and closers on mortgage products, systems, and processes. Served as subject matter resource during design/development phases providing feedback, evaluation and modifications of training for accuracy and effectiveness.
