Senior Subject Matter Expert

Serve on a 23-Officer team advising United Arab Emirates Military on their strategic long term Officer training program. Perform role of subject matter expert on operations and officer development at Zayhed II Land Forces Military College in the UAE leveraging strong expertise in program development, technical training, analytical thinking and career development. Support and assist in development and implementation of a College Based Assessment (CBA) of a UAE Military College.


  • Personally approached and selected by the UAE Minister of Defense, Sheikh Al Maktorum’s defense contracting company to advise UAE land forces and improve officer’s professional development and operational effectiveness.
  • Provided knowledgeable input and support to UAE officers in the production of a 3-phase, 150 page report as well as a final 200 page report to their senior military Commanders.

Direct the 501c3 non-profit organization focused on assisting with civilian adjustment and providing opportunities for military and veterans to develop and showcase creative and artistic accomplishments. Ensure insightful and effective development and management of diverse therapy and educational wellness programs. Facilitate organization of art exhibits with military and veteran themes and provide promotional assistance to the artists in displaying and selling their work.


  • Established and developed Florida’s first center for Military and Veteran artists, a model for the region with a program that links with Frankfurt in German arts.
  • Presently pioneering the development of the first Veteran’s Art Center in Florida.
